Warranty Policy


At VogueLink, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Coverage

All VogueLink handbags are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, such as:

  • Broken zippers
  • Stitching coming undone
  • Hardware malfunctions
  • Structural issues due to production flaws

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
  • Water damage
  • Color fading due to prolonged sunlight exposure
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at lulu@voguelink.cn with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the defect

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and provide further instructions. If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace it with the same or similar model
  • Offer store credit or refund (if neither repair nor replacement is possible)

Additional Notes

  • You are responsible for shipping the item to us; return shipping for replacements will be covered by VogueLink.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • The warranty applies only to purchases made through our official website or authorized retailers.
